INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 15 shrimp
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, diced
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1-2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧈 1 tsp butter
- 0.5 tbsp curry powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Shrimp Marinade
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over low heat. Add sliced garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Increase to medium heat, add diced onion and carrot, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Push the ingredients to one side of the pan, add 1 tsp of butter, and let it melt.
Mix the melted butter with the ingredients, then add sliced green chilies and stir well. Turn off the heat and add curry powder.
Season with black pepper and adjust the salt to taste. Mix well and serve.
