INGREDIENTS

- 🥛 1 ½ cups milk

- 🧅 4 medium green onions, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
Seasoning and Broth
- 1 ¾ cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or equivalent
- 🧂 ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
STEPS
Melt butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add green onions and celery; cook and stir until onion is translucent.
Add potatoes, broth, and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Add milk and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Continue to cook until heated through.
