STEPS
Mix 250 ml water with vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Chill the broth in the freezer.
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Add bean sprouts to the boiling water and cook for an additional 1 minute.
Rinse the noodles under cold water to cool them down.
