INGREDIENTS
Basic Ingredients
- 1 handful chives
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Seasoning Ingredients

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare 1 handful of chives and clean them thoroughly. Blanch the chives in boiling water for about 5 seconds.
Immediately transfer the blanched chives into cold water to cool them down and stop the cooking process. Squeeze out excess water and place them in a bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 2 pinches of salt, and 1 tbsp sesame oil to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds on top to finish.
Serve the chive namul as a light and healthy side dish. Enjoy the natural aroma and flavor of the chives with minimal seasoning.
