INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥫 1 can of canned spam
- Chives, as desired
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1-2 green chilies, chopped
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, as desired
Optional Vegetables
- Paprika, thinly sliced
STEPS
Slice the canned spam into thin strips.
If available, slice onions or substitute with paprika.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic and chopped green chilies.
Add the sliced spam and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add paprika (or other vegetables) and stir-fry briefly.
Mix in chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce.
Add a generous amount of chives and stir until wilted.
Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
