INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 300g chicken breast
- 🍠4 small sweet potatoes
- đź§… 1 green onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp mirim (cooking wine)
- A dash of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of black sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Dice the chicken breast and marinate it with mirim to remove any odor.
Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and other seasonings, then marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and cut them into cubes similar in size to the chicken.
Slice the green onion into small pieces and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and stir-fry the sweet potatoes for about 5 minutes.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry together with the sweet potatoes. Cover the pan and cook until the sweet potatoes are tender.
Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, add the sliced green onion and stir-fry on high heat.
