- 🥬 100-200g cabbage

STEPS
Prepare the ingredients. Chop the green onion for the oil, and cut the chicken breast and cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and chili oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped green onion to the pan.
Sauté the green onion until fragrant.
Add the chicken breast to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the chicken absorbs the flavors of the oils, add the cabbage.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry.
Cook until the cabbage softens.
Season with a pinch of black pepper and stir well.
Serve the stir-fried chicken and cabbage over brown rice on a plate.
