- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥕 1 carrot
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 🍬 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 500ml water or stock
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes and carrot.
Heat oil in a pot, add the chicken thigh and pan-fry until slightly browned.
Add potatoes and carrot, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Pour in water or stock, add soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce to low heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
Adjust the salt to taste, then plate and serve.
