INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 100g canned tuna
 - 🥬 170g cabbage, chopped
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
 - 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
 - 2 tbsp cooking oil
 - 🍚 180g cooked rice
 
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chili powder
 - 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
 - 1 tbsp corn syrup
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 
STEPS
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Cut the cabbage into square pieces.
Chop the onion into square pieces.
Slice the green onion thinly.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the chopped onion and stir-fry.
Add chili powder, gochujang, tuna, corn syrup, and oyster sauce to the pan and stir-fry.
Prepare a bowl with cooked rice.
Top the rice with the stir-fried mixture and serve.
