INGREDIENTS

- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🥬 1 handful of cabbage
- 🥔 1/2 potato
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
Optional Ingredients
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥓 1 strip of bacon
Seasoning (Choose One)

- 🍅 1 tbsp tomato sauce
STEPS
Soak the cabbage in water with vinegar for 5 minutes to remove pesticides and impurities, then rinse.
Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Slice the potato thinly or dice it small for faster cooking.
Whisk the eggs well and prepare your chosen seasoning (salt or tomato sauce).
Stir-fry the ingredients (except eggs and cheese) with your chosen seasoning until the potato is cooked.
Pour the egg mixture into a pan, spreading it evenly. Cook until the bottom is set but the top is still slightly runny.
