    • 🌱 2 handfuls bean sprouts
    • 1 handful glass noodles
    • 2 green chilies
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp fish sauce
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • A pinch of pepper

STEPS

Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, and pepper to create the seasoning sauce.

Layer bean sprouts, oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms in a hot pot.

Add glass noodles on top of the vegetables.

Place the beef slices on top of the noodles.

Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the ingredients and add 750ml of water.
