STEPS
Rinse the cocktail shrimp and drain the water.
Prepare 85g of asparagus by trimming thick, tough ends and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic in a pan over medium-low heat.
Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry briefly, then add asparagus and continue stir-frying.
Mix in 2 tbsp oyster sauce and stir until ingredients are well-coated. Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
