Cook for 25 minutes. Brush the tops of the turkey legs with some of the oil mixture, flip them over and brush with the remaining oil mixture.

Cook until turkey is no longer pink at the bone and juices run clear, about 10 minutes more. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the turkey legs reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
