Base
- 🥛 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
STEPS
Chill a glass or metal bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream in the chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream and continue beating until thick and well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a shallow container. Cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until solid, roughly 6 hours.
