INGREDIENTS
Base
- 1 1/2 cups cashews
- 🥕 8 large carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
- 5 to 6 tablespoons mayonnaise, or to taste
Seasoning
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic, peeled
- 🍋 1 large lemon, juiced
- 1 big dash tamari or soy sauce
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped (stems and leaves)
- 🧂 Salt to taste
