Combine ¾ cup brown sugar, white sugar, sour cream, ¼ cup flour, and egg in a bowl. Place strawberries in pie crust; spoon sour cream mixture over berries.
Stir ⅓ cup brown sugar, and ⅓ cup flour together in a bowl. Add melted butter; stir until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over filling.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake until pie is set and golden, 45 minutes more.
Cool completely, preferably overnight.
