- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 🍤 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tablespoon Greek seasoning
- 🍅 ½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 🥒 ½ cucumber, halved and sliced
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 🥬 1 head romaine lettuce, separated into individual leaves
- 🧀 ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
