- 🧂 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Dipping Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 🟠 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 🍯 1 teaspoon honey
Crust Ingredients
- 1/2 cup panko (Japanese-style breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
手順
Sprinkle salmon evenly with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Whisk granulated garlic, mayonnaise, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Toss salmon to coat evenly.
Mix panko, sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a shallow bowl. Coat salmon pieces thoroughly with mixture.
Arrange coated salmon in an air fryer basket with sufficient spacing. Set to 400°F (200°C) and air fry until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes per batch.
