Base Layer
- 🧀 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Spread
- 1 ¼ cups hummus
Topping
- 🍅 1 cup chopped, seeded Roma tomatoes
- 🥒 1 cup chopped cucumbers
- ½ cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 🧅 ⅓ cup chopped red onion
- 🧀 ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
手順
Mix cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning together. Spread mixture onto the bottom of a round 10-inch dish.
Spread hummus on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Mix tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and red onion together in a bowl.
Spread the vegetable mixture over the hummus. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
