- 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 🥢 2 teaspoons less-sodium tamari or soy sauce
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

- 8 cups chopped kale
- ⚪ 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 🍐 1 cup sliced pear
