Wet Ingredients

- 🧈 3 tablespoons butter, melted
手順
Mix flour, milk, egg, butter, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or non-stick pan over low heat.
Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Cook until the top and edges are dry, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Flip the pancake and cook the other side until lightly browned, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining batter to make a total of 10 pancakes.
