Dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 🍏 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon tomato basil garlic seasoning blend, no-salt
Main Salad
- 1 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 🍅 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 🥒 1 cup chopped cucumbers
- 🌰 1/4 cup almond slivers
- Lettuce leaves for serving
