手順
Gather all ingredients. Preheat an air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and season one side with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken, seasoned-side down, into the air fryer basket. Sprinkle the other side with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook in the preheated air fryer for 9 minutes. Flip the chicken and continue cooking for another 9 minutes until the juices run clear and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
Transfer the chicken breast to a plate and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
