- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 🍞 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

Chocolate
- 🍫 4 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate, chopped
- 🍫 ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips

Beat sugar and butter together in a bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in cocoa and baking powder. Beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, stir in flour by hand. Mix in white chocolate and chocolate chips. Chill dough for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Divide dough into two parts, roll each into 9-inch logs, place logs on cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Cut each loaf into 1/2-inch wide diagonal slices. Place slices on cookie sheet.
Bake at 325°F for 9 minutes, turn slices over, and bake an additional 7 to 9 minutes. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
