INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 large bell peppers, sliced into thin strips
- 🧅 1 medium onion, chopped
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
Condiments
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 🍯 ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
Meat
- 🥩 1 ½ pounds flank steak, cut into thin strips

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic; sauté until crisp-tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
