INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 ½ cup butter
- 🧅 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- ½ cup minced green onion
- 🦐 1 ½ pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
- 🍅 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 🍚 2 cups white rice
- 🧂 1 tablespoon salt (Optional)
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and green onion; cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in shrimp, condensed soups, and tomatoes with green chiles; bring to a boil.
Remove the pan from heat, stir in rice, and season with salt. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and cover it tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, stir, and bake until bubbling, about 30 minutes more.
