Main Ingredients
- 1 pound leftover roast beef, cubed
- 🧅 2 onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup homemade beef gravy
- 🥔 4 cups mashed cooked potatoes
الخطوات
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place roast beef in an even layer in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover the beef with sliced onions, then pour gravy evenly over it.
Spread the mashed potatoes over the top, smoothing them out to cover fully.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour until the potatoes are browned.
