- 1 tablespoon unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1 packet granulated sugar substitute, or to taste
- ☕ 1 cup hot coffee
- 🥛 ½ cup skim milk
- ½ teaspoon cocoa powder, for garnish

In a small mug or coffee cup, mix cocoa powder and granulated sugar substitute together. Add a few tablespoons of coffee and stir until the cocoa is completely dissolved.
