- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili crisp
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 🥦 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 🥕 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 cup onion, chopped

- 🍤 1/4 pound shrimp
Other
- 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles
- 1 pinch sesame seeds

For the sauce, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili crisp, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Heat grapeseed oil in a saucepan and carefully pour it into the mixture. Set aside.
Heat 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté vegetables until crisp-tender for about 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant for 35 seconds.
Pour the prepared sauce into the wok and add shrimp. Cook for approximately 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and stir noodles into the wok to coat with sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and optional chopped green onion before serving.
