- 🌾 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 🧂 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
Wet Ingredients

- 🥚 1 egg
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
步骤
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 12 standard muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
Combine milk and quick cooking oats in a small bowl; let soak for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat together the egg and vegetable oil. Stir in the soaked oat mixture.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually stir the flour mixture into the oat mixture, mixing until just combined.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
