- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup white sugar

Fondant and Garnish
- 5 ounces almond bark
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 4 to 6 tablespoons water
- 2 cups toasted sweetened shredded coconut

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
