- 2 cups water
- 1 beef bouillon, low-sodium
- 🍊 1/16 cup orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 🌶️ 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

- 🥩 2 1/2 pounds beef chuck roast
步骤
Wash hands with soap and water.
Dissolve the bouillon cube in 2 cups hot water to create beef broth.
In a medium bowl, stir together the broth, orange juice, allspice, and pepper.
Peel and chop the onion to make 1/2 cup chopped onion.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to a skillet and heat it on medium.
Add the chopped onion to the skillet and simmer until tender.
Brown the beef chuck roast on all sides in the skillet.
Pour the broth mixture over the browned beef in the skillet.
Cover and simmer for 2 hours until the roast is tender.
