- 4 cups romaine lettuce
Vegetables

- 🧅 1/4 red onion
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup green onion

Dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 dash black pepper

- 1/3 cup mayonnaise, low-fat
