Sticky Sauce Ingredients
- 🧈 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 💧 1/4 cup water
Salad Ingredients
- 8 cups Romaine lettuce
- 🍅 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing, or as needed
Chicken Ingredients
- Pre-cooked crispy chicken strips

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken strips on a baking sheet.
Bake chicken in the preheated oven until crispy, about 20 minutes. Alternatively, prepare chicken according to package instructions.
Prepare the sauce. In a medium saucepan, combine butter, hot sauce, brown sugar, and water. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce to a simmer and cook the sauce until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss them in the prepared sauce.
Divide lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, croutons, and cranberries evenly among 4 dinner plates.
Top each salad with coated chicken. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve immediately.
