Crab Filling
- 7 ounces canned crabmeat, rinsed
- 🧅 5 green onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon ground savory
- Ground black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
Mushrooms
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
ขั้นตอน
Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine canned crabmeat, green onions, dried thyme, oregano, savory, black pepper, mayonnaise, and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well, then refrigerate the filling.
Clean mushrooms with a damp towel and remove stems. Hollow out the mushroom caps by removing the gills and stem base to create cups.
Stuff mushroom caps with a rounded teaspoon of the filling and place them in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika over the tops.
Bake stuffed mushrooms in the preheated oven until heated through, about 15 minutes.
