Divide dough into 10 equal portions. Roll each piece into a ball and let rest for a few minutes.
Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat. Roll dough balls on a floured surface until very thin.
Cook chapati on a heated skillet until bottom develops brown spots, about 30 seconds, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
Repeat the process for remaining chapatis.
