INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- đź§… A small amount of chopped green onion
- 1–2 chopped chili peppers
- đź§„ A small amount of minced garlic
- A small amount of cooking oil
Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms, rinse lightly, and tear into large pieces.
Chop 1–2 chili peppers finely.
Slice green onions into small pieces.
Prepare the spicy sauce by mixing gochujang, chili powder, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, corn syrup, and water.
Add chopped chili peppers to the sauce and mix thoroughly.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over low heat and sauté minced garlic for about 20 seconds.
Place the enoki mushrooms on top of the sautéed garlic and cook over low heat until they release moisture.
Pour the spicy sauce over the mushrooms and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the mushrooms.
Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and a drop of sesame oil before serving.
