INGREDIENTS

- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

- 🌰 ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Wet Ingredients
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🎃 ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
STEPS
Sift all-purpose flour, white sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk milk, pumpkin puree, beaten egg, and vegetable oil. Pour the wet mixture into the dry flour mix and stir until just moistened. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat to about 350°F (175°C). Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 1 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until browned, about 1 minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
