INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🥗 2 cups salad greens
- 🥕 1 cup vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green beans)
- 🍍 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
Toppings
- 🍇 1/4 cup raisins
- 🌰 1/4 cup nuts (walnuts or almonds)
Dressing
- 2-3 tbsp salad dressing
STEPS
Wash hands with soap and water.
Put mixed salad greens on a large platter or in a salad bowl.
In a large bowl, mix chopped vegetables and pineapple.
Add dressing and stir.
Spoon mixture over salad greens.
