INGREDIENTS
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧂 2 cups white sugar
- 🎃 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 🧂 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 🧂 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
Add-ins
- 🍫 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
STEPS
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease two 12-cup muffin pans or line with paper baking cups.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in sugar, pumpkin, and oil.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, then blend into the egg and pumpkin mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips and transfer the batter into the muffin pans.
