- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
- 🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 🧀 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 🍟 2 cups crushed potato chips
- 💧 1/4 cup water
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
STEPS
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, soup, mayonnaise, onion, celery, water chestnuts, lemon juice, water, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread the mixture into a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
