INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g chives, washed and cut into 4cm pieces
- đź§… 130g thinly sliced onion
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ✨ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A dash of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
STEPS
Wash the chives and cut them into 4cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion and add minced garlic.
Mix chili powder, fish sauce, oligosaccharide, plum extract, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Gently toss the chives and onions with the seasoning mixture to avoid crushing the chives.
Plate the salad and sprinkle additional sesame seeds on top for garnish.
