INGREDIENTS
Liquid Base
- 🍊 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 🍋 ½ cup lemon juice
- 💧 1 ½ cups water
- 🥤 2 liters ginger ale
Sweeteners & Spices
- 🧂 ¼ cup white sugar
- 🧂 ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 🧂 ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 🧂 ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- 🧂 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Eggs & Frozen Ingredients
- 🥚 6 eggs
- 🍨 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 🍨 1 quart orange sherbet
STEPS
Combine orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and eggs in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate the egg mixture until ready to serve.
Pour the chilled egg mixture into a large punch bowl.
Stir in water.
Drop in the ice cream and orange sherbet into the punch bowl.
Top with ginger ale and gently stir before serving.
