INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍍 1 cup crushed pineapple, canned, juice packed
- 1 cup low-fat fruit yogurt
- 🍊 6 fl oz frozen orange juice concentrate
STEPS
Wash hands with soap and water.
Mix the pineapple, yogurt, and orange juice concentrate in a medium bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 paper cups.
Freeze the cups until slushy, about 60 minutes. Insert a wooden stick halfway through the center of each fruit pop.
Freeze the cups until hardened, at least 4 hours. Peel away the paper cup before eating the fruit pop.
