- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 🧂 ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease five 8-ounce ramekins.
Combine the base ingredients (rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg) in a blender. Blend on high speed until the batter is smooth, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the specific ingredients for each flavor variation to individual ramekins. Mix until each batter is combined with the flavor additions.
Divide the blended oat batter evenly among the prepared ramekins and stir to incorporate.
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the tops spring back lightly when touched.
Cool the ramekins for 10 minutes, then serve immediately or refrigerate/freezer for later use. Rewarm before serving, if needed.
