- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
Cut lemon into wedges and squeeze juice from two. Mix lemon juice with olive oil, grated garlic, panko, Parmesan cheese, and herbs.
Drizzle oil on the baking sheet, season fish with salt and pepper, brush mustard on fish, and coat with panko mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
