Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
ÉTAPES
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, cream butter and cheese together.
Stir in flour and salt until the dough is well mixed.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 2-inch strips and sprinkle with ground red pepper.
Place the strips on the prepared cookie sheet(s), leaving 1.5-inch spacing between each.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp.
