- 🍅 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 💧 ½ cup water
- 🍬 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 🍋 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
SCHRITTE
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add rice, onion, and green bell pepper; cook and stir until vegetables are slightly tender and rice is lightly browned, about 7 to 10 minutes.
