INGREDIENTS
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 1 cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 🥚 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 🧂 ½ teaspoon salt
Add-ins
- 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all ingredients.
Beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine this with the butter mixture.
Fold in macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
