INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 🌰 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup granular sucralose sweetener with brown sugar
- 🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 🧂 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
- 🍎 1 cup applesauce
- 🍚 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Other
- Non-stick cooking spray
STEPS
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Lightly spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix oats, almonds, sweetener, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Stir applesauce and sugar together in a small saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat and immediately remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the applesauce mixture over the oats mixture and toss to coat. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the granola is golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely.
